Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes, all orders are entitled for a free tracking number. We ship with tracking number always regardless of the cost of the order (please email us to ask your tracking number)
What happens if my order never arrives?
In the extreme case of an item being lost during transportation, we offer reship or refunds its customers fully. Refunds are applicable only after 60 days from the time of shipment
What happens if the item ordered does not function properly?
In case you receive a faulty item, which is highly unlikely, we follow the RMA procedure. You return the item back to USA and you either get a refund or a replacement, whatever suits you.
